We teach adults, prenatal, children...
Using a combination of styles from different yoga schools we teach an inspiring
and dynamic Hatha Flow. Yoga helps with balance, coordination and muscle strength through physical postures, breathing techniques and relaxation. It helps you grow physically, mentally and emotionally teaching you how to relax and relieve stress.

Using music, breathing and meditation, we focus on the eloquence of the body.
Regular practice cultivates personal skills giving you confidence and motivation while
also teaching discipline and perseverance.

Yoga at schools
The yoga experience brings children flexibility and concentration
in a healthy, non competitive and non religious environment.
Children enjoy a group experience while also fostering individual
accomplishment. Children feel supported and inspired.
